A few weeks ago, I visited the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. As with most museums, the experience of viewing great works of art up close is a treasure. If you love art and are in the St. Petersburg area, you will appreciate and be inspired not only by the works of Dali, but by the beautiful architecture of the museum. The main lobby staircase, as seen in my photograph above, pays tribute to Dali's facination with the double helix. It is also the only place inside the museum that one my take photographs and I would encourage you to do so at your next visit.
